FINISHING

The quality of materials and of the finishing are guaranteed by the Polipren quality departments, which, having at their disposal specific equipment, answer the severest existing international norms. All Serithane squeegees are made by centrifuge casting with an electronically-controlled cycle so as to guarantee a high dimensional stability and correct thickness tolerances.





DURATION

The solvent inks , the UV inks, the solvent for cleaning penetrate the squeegees making them swell to the detriment of their quality and duration. The laboratory tests show that Serithane absorbs the solvents and the most aggressive inks twice less than the polyurethanes in general.

LOW HARDNESS


Recommended for applications requiring: medium pressure; large meshed fabrics; low viscosity inks. Recommended for irregular surfaces and when a remarkable ink deposit is required.


Angle profiles are recommended for printing on round objects.

Rounded profiles are recommended for textile applications and where a high ink absorbition is required.




MEDIUM HARDNESS




Recommended for applications requiring high pressure, suitable to a wide fabrics range, to different viscosity inks, to regular surfaces. They allow to control ink deposit.


Angle profiles are recommended for printing on round objects.
Rounded profiles are recommended for application in which no high definition is required; medium ink deposit.



HIGH HARDNESS


Recommended for applications requiring : high pressure; for any kind of fabrics; for high viscosity inks. They are not suitable working surfaces and need very careful regulations. They provide excellent definition results with a low ink deposit.


Angle profiles are recommended for irregular surface.

Rounded profiles are recommended for application in which no high definition is required; medium ink deposit.

  • Lenght: max 3660 mm

  • Standard Hardnesses: from 60 to 90 Shore A - Intermediate hardnesses can be realized on client's request

  • Tolerances:

    • Thickness: ± 0,4 mm;

    • Width: ± 1 mm;

    • Hardnesses: ± 3° Shore A
